Policies, Terms & Conditions
Payment
- Payment for 6 week packages must be paid up front and in full.
- Payments for renewing packages must be paid by the final session of week 5 in the client’s package.
- Payment will only be accepted in cash.
- Receipts are available at the client’s request.
Cancellation
- Clients are required to give at least 4 hours notice prior to a session if they need to cancel. Failure to give the trainer (Eoin) this amount of notice may result in forfeit of the session.
- If the client is absent from more than one session due to illness, a medical cert will be required.
Punctuality (PT Only)
- Sessions will not be extended beyond their pre-arranged times should the client arrive late. In the event of the client arriving late, the session will commence once they arrive.
Pausing/Carrying Sessions
- Clients are permitted to pause their package for a minimum of 1 week. Should a client look to pause their packages more than 3 occasions in one calendar year, any further pause requests will cost a fee of 40 euro per pause.
- If the client does not attend their total sessions per week e.g. 3x60 minutes per week, they may be permitted to carry the session(s) to the following week at the trainer’s (Eoin) discretion.
Refunds
- Packages are non-refundable.
Online Coaching
- I understand the risks when undertaking Personal Training. To the best of my knowledge there is nothing preventing me from taking part in personal training. I have full faith in the trainer’s ability & knowledge and will not hold him accountable should I get injured during a session.

Nutrition
